VFM was incorporated as a “certified” MBE (Minority Business Enterprise) in 2004.

Our mission was to utilize our vast product and global experience to provide manufacturing, importing, exporting, warehousing, distribution, and sequencing to Tier 1 suppliers with “Versatile Products, Flexible Solutions, while also providing Minority Content”; so we operate under the legal name of VFM, LLC.

We are an ISO9001:2015 certified company with warehousing and manufacturing in Bardstown, Kentucky as well as Queretaro, Mexico. VFM, LLC also conducts trading/manufacturing and export operation in Changzhou, China.
