With the increasing demand for composite parts from our customers, VFM has partnered with Royal Technologies, Inc. (Royal Tech) PU foam molded components. These additional technologies extend passed our current Thermal press molding to now offer 2 part poured PU Chip foam components.
The applications range from armrest, headrest, center consoles, and “dense” seat bolter pads. VFM can then provide value added services to these for assembly, through cut & sew covers, and even wrapping of these composites. And in a step further, we can even offer “over-molding” of plastic substrates with these PU processes to reduce the extra cost of adhesive to assemble.
